If you have blank cells in the Pivot Table, you can follow the steps in the solution, and you will see the Excel files do not get corrupt after refreshing the Pivot table. Now all your blank cells will be replaced by 0 which will not affect the result of the Pivot table in any way. Under the Format section, check the box “For empty cells show:” and type 0 in the box.
